JobTitle: School Behavior Technician

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct support to individuals with behavioral challenges.

• Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

• Collect data on client progress and behavior.

• Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent implementation of treatment plans.

• Maintain accurate records and documentation.

  Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Experience working with individuals with autism or related developmental disabilities preferred.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
