Maxim Healthcare Staffing RNFA | Day Shift in Denville, New Jersey

Annual Physical or Physician's letter stating fit to work, Tdap vaccination (or declination), Color-blind test (if required by department), Annual Tuberculosis screen - PPD or IGRA (blood test), Varicella (Chicken Pox) vaccination/titer showing immunity, Annual Drug Screening (minimum 6-panel test), Mumps vaccination/titer showing immunity, Annual Respirator fit test. Model Size, Hep. B vaccination (or declination), Baseline negative chest X-ray if previous positive TB test, Rubeola or Rubella vaccination/titer showing immunity, Influenza vaccination (or declination) ACLS/PALS certified • RNFA experience for Ortho, Spine, Neuro, Vascular, General and OB/GYN cases • Ability to work as Circulator Nurse/Scrub Nurse when not utilized in RNFA role • Ability to travel/work at both Denville and Dover OR’s • Ability to take ON Call assignments (Which means they would need to live/stay within 30 minutes of the hospitals to respond to emergent cases on call) *Not necessary but if possible good to know. Weekend call (Friday 9PM to Monday 7am.) or possibly M-Th call 8pm – 7am.
