Position: Corrections Social Worker needed in Romulus, NY!
Start Date: 5/27/24
Length: 13 weeks
Shift: 40 hours/week(M-F). Exact shift/hours to be discussed during interview
Setting: Correctional Facility
General Job Description: Mainly be working weekdays and assisting in providing therapeutic services to patients in a primary therapist role to include individual therapy and the completion of mental health assessments and documentation (Core History, Suicide Assessments/risk assessments, Weekly/Monthly Progress Notes, Treatment Plans, Discharge Plans), according to policy and procedure. Group facilitation will also be part of the expectations.
